| Back Care Workshop |
If you suffer with your back and have tried everything else, listen to some practical advice which is guaranteed to work. We will introduce you to learning the principles of Pilates (take a look at the Pilates section and press Joseph Pilates to find out more about the man who invented these principles) We combine the principles of Pilates with deep tissue massage to give you the best proven results.
Due to the success of this programme and the fantastic results we have are now holding workshops every 2 weeks the dates will not be specified on the internet but you can call us to book your space. Workshops are held on Tuesday at 8pm and Sunday at 1pm. |

The workshop we hold is based on using the Pilates method to improve posture. The core muscles are very important to someone with back pain. By strengthening week core muscles the lower back is protected from injury.
Often other pain like shoulder and knee pain can be as a result of bad posture.

It is important to attend the workshop as there is a maximum of 5 people and each person will be checked to see that they are doing the movements correctly before attending a class. Some homework stretches will be given in order to help us to help you.
At the end of the workshop you are given the option to have a 15 minute therapy with either Jenny or Zuzana who are both totally qualified sports injury therapists and have been practicing for many years.
The cost of the workshop is £30 with the therapy and £20 without it.
You will also be offered the opportunity to save money by taking our back care programme which costs £200 and can be paid in 2 instalments. This includes 4 massages of 1 hour and 7 weeks of classes for which you can attend 2 per week.
