Has a masters degree in “Sport & Exercise Science”. She has been actively presenting courses, workshops and master classes across 5 continents for the past 17 years. Ann-See practices yoga in the Krishnamacharya tradition, & is the creator of Yoga Moves. She is presently based in the UK.

Greg Downing
Has an MBA and is registered as level 3 on the Register of Exercise Professional. He has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years through teaching, personal training and sports Massage.

Yoga Retreats
Imagine waking up to views over a beautiful bay surrounded by mountains. Gilkoy, on the western tip of Turkey, is a delightful resort well away from the main tourist areas - yet is within easy reach of Bodrum: offering the visitor lively bars, restaurants, shops and excursions.

The price of your holiday (see below) includes 7/14 nights at a 3* hotel, with breakfast, where vegetarian meals are always available. Admission to the luxury beach club (see right) is also included. This boasts three restaurants, two bars, an outdoor gym and children's play area. There is live music on most evenings, and lunch is served with two free drinks.

Ashtanga Yoga & Pilates
Yoga students will follow a led practice, developing a personal practice of the primary series and achieving calmness of breath and mind.

Students will learn to understand the synchronicity of breath and movement: aiming to create a soft, flowing and powerful practice. Experienced practitioners will be encouraged to practice mysore style. Pilates students will learn a routine they can use at home to improve core abdominal and back strength. This will also help tone and elongate muscles without adding bulk.
